PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION
I. Regulations on schedule confirmation
The day after booking, we will send an SMS to your booking phone number or email to confirm the schedule. You are responsible for checking and reporting back to us if there are any errors.
We reserve the right to provide your Name, Address, Flight Code and Phone Number to the driver for convenient pick-up and drop-off.
II. Regulations on waiting time for each service.
In case you take a regular car, the driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes at the requested pick-up point. Outside of this time, we have the right to cancel the trip without compensation or we have the right to charge additional waiting fees.
In case you choose the service to share with another passenger. You must be present on time as agreed with the driver at your requested pick up location. The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes in case the traveling passenger agrees to wait.
When you provide complete information such as: Flight code, landing and take-off time, departure hall. The driver will wait or we will arrange a car to pick you up even if your flight is delayed.
III. Regulations on waiting time for each service
In case you book a regular car service, the driver will pick you up on time and at the location you requested. After 15 minutes (if going to Noi Bai) or 30 minutes (if going long distance) from the appointment time, if the driver has not yet arrived, you have the right to travel by taxi and we will compensate the corresponding fare difference.
In case you choose the car sharing service, the driver will pick you up at your requested location within +/-15 minutes from the requested pick up time. We will announce the exact pick-up time 30 minutes before departure time.
IV. Regulations on cancellation of booking/Change of schedule:
You have the right to cancel your booking or change your trip time at no additional cost by calling the Switchboard to notify change or cancellation if necessary and we hope you will notify us of this as soon as possible. The better so that we can change the vehicle dispatch in a timely manner.
V. Other regulations
You do not bring goods that are prohibited by current laws.
You are not allowed to smoke or eat or drink causing unsanitary conditions in the vehicle.
In force majeure conditions (earthquakes, storms, floods, flooded roads…), we reserve the right to cancel or arrive later than expected or ask you to move so that our car can pick you up (roads are prohibited).
